Email pjscollectibles.store@gmail.com with a short description of the issue, your iOS version, and the app version shown in Settings. Do not send passwords, recovery keys, or screenshots containing sensitive account information.
iCloud sync
Settings → iCloud Sync shows iCloud availability, the most recent successful sync, and the number of changes waiting to upload. If a sync fails, confirm the iPhone is signed in to iCloud, reconnect, and try Sync Now. Your local collection remains usable while offline.
No separate app account
Fill the Binder does not create a separate login or application account. Deleting the app removes its local data. Synchronized collection data is associated with the iCloud account on the device and is governed by Apple's iCloud storage controls.
Restore a supporter purchase
Open Settings → Support Fill the Binder and choose “Restore Purchases.” Use the same App Store account that made the original one-time purchase. Every collecting feature remains available without the purchase.
Independent app
Fill the Binder is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures, or TCGdex.
